Acceptance
By installing or using Digital Medical Assistant, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy & Medical Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Permitted purpose
The application is licensed as a personal and family organizational aid. It may be used to manage information for yourself or for people whose information you have the legal right and appropriate permission to manage.
You may not use the application unlawfully, to violate another person’s privacy, to gain unauthorized access to information, or to misrepresent its outputs as professional medical advice.
Medical disclaimer
Digital Medical Assistant is not a medical device, doctor, pharmacist, caregiver, emergency service, diagnosis system, prescription validator, treatment service, or substitute for qualified care.
All critical information—including medicine names, doses, timing, allergies, appointments, test instructions, and follow-up directions—must be verified against authoritative source documents and with the relevant qualified professional.
User responsibilities
- Enter and review information accurately.
- Keep original prescriptions, reports, and clinical instructions independently.
- Maintain suitable backup copies.
- Protect the Windows account and device from unauthorized access.
- Only manage another person’s information with the required right and permission.
- Use independent reminder methods for important or time-sensitive care.
Availability and reminders
The application, its database, attachments, notifications, and integrations may be interrupted, delayed, corrupted, or unavailable. Windows settings, device state, storage, security software, updates, and other environmental factors are outside Elevoire’s control.
No notification, backup, storage, document-opening, search, or data-retrieval function is guaranteed to operate without error.
Software license and ownership
Subject to these Terms, Elevoire grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for its intended purpose. The application, branding, design, and original content remain the property of Elevoire and its licensors.
Warranty and limitation of liability
The application is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Elevoire disclaims warranties that can legally be disclaimed, including uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular medical purpose, and complete accuracy of user-entered or displayed information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevoire is not liable for medical decisions, injury, missed care, data loss, lost documents, missed notifications, device failure, indirect loss, or reliance on the application as a professional or emergency system. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Updates and changes
The application and these Terms may change as features, legal requirements, and supported platforms evolve. A new effective date will identify material updates.
