This app organizes information. It is not medical advice, a diagnostic product, an emergency service, or a replacement for qualified professional care.
Purpose and medical limitation
Digital Medical Assistant helps a person or family organize profiles, medicines, schedules, appointments, doctors, documents, reminders, and related activity. It does not recommend medical action or verify that any medical information or action is correct.
Do not use it to decide whether to start, stop, delay, or change medicine, treatment, monitoring, or medical attention. If someone may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Information processed
The application processes information users choose to enter or attach. This can include identity and contact details, family relationships, health notes, allergies, chronic conditions, height and weight, medicines, schedules, appointments, doctors, documents, reminder history, and app activity.
Users should only enter or manage information when they have the appropriate right, authority, or permission.
Local storage and network use
The current release stores its SQLite database and managed attachments locally inside the signed-in Windows user’s application-data area. It does not require an account, include advertising or analytics services, or upload health records to an Elevoire-operated cloud service.
Documents opened in another application, user-created backups, and files exported or shared by a user leave the app’s direct control. They are then governed by the destination, application, recipient, and Windows account configuration.
Retention and deletion
Locally saved information remains on the device until it is deleted through available app controls or the application’s local data is removed. Copies can remain in user-created backups, Windows backups, synchronized folders, or files opened and exported elsewhere.
Uninstall behavior can vary depending on Windows packaging and user choices. Verify that sensitive local data and backups are removed when a complete deletion is required.
Security and user controls
Protect the Windows account with Windows Hello or a strong password, use device encryption where appropriate, lock unattended devices, and review whether Windows may show sensitive notification content on the lock screen.
No application, storage device, or security system can guarantee permanent availability or perfect protection. Information may be lost, altered, exposed, or become unavailable because of hardware failure, corruption, insufficient storage, malware, software defects, Windows updates, user actions, or other device-specific conditions.
Reminders are not guaranteed
Notifications may be delayed, duplicated, suppressed, or missed because of Windows settings, permissions, Focus Assist / Do Not Disturb, power state, the app being closed or suspended, incorrect system time or timezone, user-entered data, hardware, antivirus, or operating-system failures.
Do not rely on the application as the only reminder for medicine, appointments, monitoring, follow-up, or urgent care.
Children and family members
The application is intended for an adult or another authorized person managing their own information or information they have the right and necessary permission to manage. The current offline release does not knowingly collect children’s information through an Elevoire-operated online service.
Future services and policy changes
If a later version introduces accounts, cloud synchronization, analytics, companion applications, messaging, or materially different information handling, this policy will be updated before those capabilities are made available. The effective date identifies the applicable policy version.
Responsibility and legal rights
The app is provided as an organizational aid. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elevoire does not accept responsibility for harm resulting from medical decisions, inaccurate user-entered information, missed or incorrect notifications, unavailable data, device-specific failures, or use of the app as a substitute for professional care.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Privacy, health-data, consumer-protection, and breach-notification obligations differ by jurisdiction.
