Does the app provide medical advice?

No. It only organizes user-entered information and is not a doctor, pharmacist, emergency service, diagnostic tool, or treatment service.

Is an internet connection required?

No internet connection or online account is required for the current local features.

Are reminders guaranteed?

No notification system is guaranteed. Windows permissions, Focus Assist, power state, system time, or the app being closed can delay or suppress reminders.

Where is information stored?

The current version uses a local SQLite database and an app-managed attachments folder inside the signed-in Windows account.
